Ak’chamel aus Texas hat sich einen soliden Ruf als fesselndes Bühnenprojekt erarbeitet. In albtraumhaften Kostümen und bei halluzinatorischen Bühnen-„Ritualen“ ist ihr einzigartiger Sound – eine Mischung aus wüstenverbrannter Psychedelia, postapokalyptischem Schamanismus und Lo-Fi-Ritual-Folk – ebenso einzigartig wie das physische Theater ihrer Live-Auftritte.
Als Urheber von rund fünfzehn Kassetten, drei Vinyl-LPs und mehreren rätselhaften VHS-Videos haben ihre Aufnahmen Millionen von Aufrufen generiert. Sie touren regelmäßig und sin
